  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • name and URL of the file accessed,
  • the website from which the access was made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used,
  • the operating system of the calling computerthe name of the provider.

Purpose

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You will find more detailed explanations on this in the following data protection declaration.

Contact form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the possibility to contact us via a form provided on the website. In doing so, we require your name, a valid e-mail address, a telephone number and the purpose of your contact so that we know who the enquiry is from and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on your voluntarily given consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect against spam on our contact form, we use Google reCAPTCHA.

reCAPTCHA is a captcha service that has been operated by Google LLC since 2009. It tries to distinguish whether a certain action on the internet is performed by a human or by a computer program or bot.

During the verification by reCAPTCHA, website operators and thus Google record a series of data from the user. Among other things, Google reCAPTCHA collects information about the

  • page that embeds reCAPTCHA,
  • the user’s IP address,
  • the language used in the browser,
  • screen and window resolution,
  • time zone and
  • installation of browser plug-ins.

Google reCAPTCHA also checks whether a cookie has already been created in the user’s browser. If this is not the case, Google creates a cookie. In this way, Google creates a recognisable fingerprint of the user for reCPATCHA. This enables Google to track users across pages. Even if the IP address changes or the cookies are deleted by the user.

Contact by e-mail

If you would like to contact us via one of our e-mail addresses, we would like to point out that communication by e-mail involves certain security risks. Unfortunately, due to the technology used, the protection of your transmitted data cannot be guaranteed because access by third parties cannot be fully excluded.

If you intend to transmit sensitive data to us, please contact us in advance so that we can jointly take the necessary measures to ensure the highest possible level of protection.

  • the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
